Thank you for your interest in this survey. The purpose of this study is to learn more about people's views of spirituality and religion.
*We are interested in all views regarding religion. Even if you are atheist, agnostic, or questioning, please respond to as many questions as possible.

The benefits of this study include gaining a greater understanding of how people view these topics. The benefit for you directly is that the program will analyze your responses and provide you with a personalized summary of the information you provided.

You will be asked to complete a questionnaire pertaining to your views on religion and spirituality. Some of the questions you will be asked may be sensitive to you; however, to protect the confidentiality of your responses, your responses will be password protected so that only the researchers on this project will have access to your responses.

This study takes about 20 minutes to complete. You must be 18 years or older to participate.

The resesearchers will keep the information you provide confidential. However, the service hosting this survey may have access to the data you submit and your IP number.
